front end noise

sounds like rubber, comes from dash, left and right, turns, take off and stop. Jiffy lube said their was nothing to lubricate so should I take it to a garage? Cant i lubricate something?

Check your splashguard and fender liners for evidence of rubbing?

by the way it is high pitched squeaking sounds...opps..
