Default HELP!!! Shift Lock & Brake Light!!

Hi I have a retarted 94 integra ls, I have a problem with it, it happened like last week all of a sudden. My brake lights went out and around the same time the car shift lock automatically went on. So everytime I wanna get my car outa park i have to stick my key into the shift lock release then start the engine etc. I've read some of the posts and I think it could be the brake switch. But I'd like a second opinion. If it is the brake switch how do I fix it or how much will the parts and labor cost if I take it to a shop?

when I put my brake into shift? huH? Are you asking me when I press my brake to shift out of park do I hear a click? Well if that's what you're asking then no. But I don't think it's my celenoid or whatever because why would the shifting celenoid effect the brake lights? And I heard it doesn't work when it's cold, but it's been winter up here for like 3 months and it just happened last week.

When you go to shift out of park. When u put ur foot on the brake you should hear a click where ur shifter is. If u dnt ur celenoid is bad.
