Have a 91 Integra .While driving, the check engine light comes on and shuts down the car. Took it to the Acura dealer,but they were unable to duplicate the problem. Once it resets itself there are no codes for the computer. This may occur at 20 miles, or 4 miles, you never know. Has anyone seen this problem?

 

Next time is acts up on you pull the car over, don't touch the key, pull the carpet up on the passenger side floor and count the blinks. Is this car by any chance automatic?

 

thats wierd they didn't even tell you what the code was...i'd check what the cel is myself next time you get it. this should help...
