Default Sound while braking

I was able to get it on a jack today and saw the boot above the lower control arm on the passenger side was leaking fluid, I don't see a tear it appears to be coming from the side were the clip is. Its not the boot that meets the wheel (CV) its the once smaller above the lower control arm. Heres a pic:

Were can I get the part and is it to hard to replace?

you might be better off changing the axle, you can get that at your local parts store and bring the old one in so you can get your core charge back

i believe that is the boot covering the inner tie rod which is connected to the steering rack. You may have a bad seal in the rack leaking out power steering fluid. Check the level of your fluid and see if it is going down at all.
