How much are you willing to spend? What are you using your car for? (daily driver, auto-x, draggrrr...)

Check out www.optauto.com to find stuff you're looking for. Front shocks are an Integra-specific application but I know Tokico makes both HP and Illumina models for the front. Rear shocks and springs are interchangeable with the 84-87 Civic which helps in finding stuff. Eibach makes Pro Kit springs for the back.

what about springs that drop 2 in. That site only had tokico that did a 1" drop on the rear only...

In front you have torsion bars instead of springs. Ride height is adjustable from the factory so you can just lower the car that way. As far as springs, the only ones I know of are those Tokico ones and Eibach Pro Kits which are also pretty modest in how much they drop and both are only for the rear.

Don't lower the front unless you have beefed-up shocks because it'll blow the stock ones and some milder upgrades pretty easily. In back you'll need to add an adjustable panhard bar if you lower the suspension too much because it's a solid axle. You'll get really whack alignment with lots of lowering on the stock panhard bar.

So I'd get some nice shocks and a set of rear lowering springs, then lower the front end to match the looks of the rear.
