Default which spark plugs to use for FI applications?

i need to clear some things
which NGK plugs would be used for a turbo/supercharged application at about 5-8 psi
colder or hotter plugs
ngk-v or ngk-Rs are offered in 5/6/7 heat range
which one should be used
any help is great

colder plugs. im not too sure, but 2 steps colder are what i heard.

I use one heat range colder copper plugs. BKR7ES-11's are the proper plugs for a GSR motor.

BKR7E will be perfect. Make sure you have a smaller gap as well.

i have sock plugs in the car now. when im done with this turbo project will i need to get new plugs b4 i start the car?
