Just replaced old shocks with fairly good ones, but can't stand the ride
I have with some cheap coil over sleeves. Want at least a 2" drop with
a proper ride. Any suggestions? My car is a 95 teg with rebuilt turbo engine.

i have skunk2 springs that i just installed on my integra 4 days ago and i want to sell them asking 120 shippped OBO supposed to lower the front 2.5 and 2.25 but its about 2" all around

you may need a camber alignment kit, then get it a aligned some where.

What kind of shocks did you put in?

Pretty much any spring will have a more comfortable ride than coilover sleeves. The neuspeed race springs were nice when I had them on my car, but I didn't like the amount of drop.

I decided to go with the H&R race springs and feel they will do a great job.
Will let you know after I install them.

Ummm....because it is generally true. Just look at spring rate comparisons.

Because most lowering springs are progressive rate springs, and most threaded sleeves/shocks are linear rate springs.

I don't know if the ones on mine son's car were just junk, but they were
the worst set of springs I have ever riden on. I'm hoping that the new
H&R regulor coil spring will add some confort to the car ride. Also, the
shocks have been ungraded.

right. I thought you were saying coilovers with the same spring rate would be less comfortable.
