ok i got my LS engine to start my LSVTEC today... but when i get a GSR head im gonna get a skunk2 or other brand of intake manifold... what parts off of the LS manifold can fit onto a GSR manifold? (injectors, throttle body, IAVC, diff. bolts, etc...)

The IACV, throttle body, fuel rail, and injectors are swappable.

does it matter if the engine came off an auto car and im puttin a manual tranny on it? (gsr or b16)? i mean for the throttle body.. i didnt know if there was a difference or anything, thanks!

 

no except for the throttle position sensor attached to your auto tranny that tells it when to shift but that comes off
