Default ls into ls vtec.

what up fellas,
i've heard from lots of people that a B18B1 LS changed into an ls v-tec is possible. Is this true? I mean is it possible with out having to change the whole motor. If so, can anyone break it down for me? Thanks for what all y'all foos do.

PEACE
jojo

You have to mate a vtec head to the ls block w/some modifications. Not a motor you want to build lightly. If built strong it will run right and be dependable. If built lazy it will take a dump on you.

both of those show how it's done

you're going to want to chage at least the rod bolts tho.

your looking at roughly $2000 if done 100% properly, and ur doing aftermarket as you go along.... if u wanna just replace rod bolts and the other basics that you need to do it... it will be closer to about $1000

PM me if you have specific questions... i was gunna do an LS-V but changed my mind... so i got a few parts left over as well if you decide to do it
