Listen Guys I Now This Sounds Crazy But My Maint Reqd Lite Has Been Flashing For Some Time Now (10 Flashes) Every Time I Start My 94 Teggy, 4 Door. The Thing Is, Recently I Did An Oil Change Along With A Tranmission Fluid Change And I Refilled Both Procedure With It's Right Amount Of Fluids, As Per The Dealer's Recommemdations. So, Is There A Way To Check The Codes On The Maint Reqd Lite Or Would I Be Able To Use The Same Service Check Connector For Reading The Regular Codes? I Just Have The Feeling That Something Is Wrong But Don't Know What, So Guys Some Help Please!

 

the light is just saying it's time for regular maintenance. When it comes on it doesn't mean there is anything wrong. I don't know how to turn it off but i think it says in the sticky on the top of the page. https://www.honda-acura.net/forums/s...d.php?t=179419 it's all right there.

 

blue button under the dash. hold it when the car key is in run mode. it'll go off shortly after (must wait till its DONE flashing before you press it). USE THE SEARCH

 

And if you want to permanently disable the Maint Req'd light...follow these instructions. The process is reversible by reconnecting the harness mentioned in the FAQ post.
