Default 02 sensor situation

my check engine light has been on for quite some time now due to my 02 sensor having a slow response according to the honda pgm tester. I was told that there is a way to bypass this problem by hooking up something to the ecu or something else so it will thing the o2 sensor is working properly, has anyone ever heard of this item. im about sick of that light be ing on especially just for an 02 sensor. Thanks

is it the o2 before or after the Cat? If it's the one before, it's a good idea to go ahead and replace for that o2 sensor lets you know if your running lean or rich. If it's the 2nd one... that simply tells you if your cat is doing it's job.

How to bypass? I simply typed into yahoo + search + "o2 sensor bypass" = http://www.vfaq.com/mods/O2bypass.html
