Default cat welding question

Hey I just bought a greddy 421 header and already have a thermal catback on the car. I ve read that you need to weild and modify the new catylitic converter to fit. the cat is carsound 94065(2.25 2 o2 sensors) what exactly do i need to do to make it fit. Also if i take it to a local muffler shop to modifiy it how much money am i looking for. I looked for the preweided ones from like they want like 200 so im gonna get mine for 72 free ship.
THANKS SO MUCH jeremy

all u have to do is modify the pipes coming out. Some muffler shops wont do it b.c of the whole emmision thing( Atleast down here) it would be like 30-50 to weld it up.
