automatic AND manual?!?!
How can I make my car look like that?..

yeah dude...those are just polished dash's ... basically in your integra...it will never look like that unless you took out ur entire dash (which is connected to your center console) and found someone to custom make a wood grain setup for it

sorry for not being clear, I was not talking about dash.. I am talking about the auto and manual areas.. how it can be BOTH auto and manual together

awful. why would you ever want to do that? 
if you want to be able to switch between fully automatic, and some kind of "sport shift", get another car. the configuration that you're proposing is flat out impossible.
