Default Smoke from exhaust

ok so i am wondering what this smoke from my exhaist is, im thinking it is just oil burning, but what are some side effects or reasons of this cause, how bad is it and show i tend to this problem asap? i think when VTEC more oil is burned and and out it comes in exhaust but im not sure can anyone clear this problem up for me a lil bit, here is a pic if you need

*also forgot to add, temperature wasn't very cold either so, it wasnt just warm gas coming out in cold atmosphere, i'd say maybe 70 degrees*

yea i have a cat converter, i changed the axle back of the exhaust maybe 2 months ago but i doubt there is enough oil lining in the piping to cause that, and yes its alot of smoke lol any other suggestions guys? i appriciate this

and for SPOONfed, no i havent has a compression test, bad head gasket could be possible. possible suggestions on where to get it testesd and possibly a price estimation
