Default Help with front bumper lights

Hello, this is my first post in the forums and I have a question. I admit that I'm not the most mechanically inclined person in the world, so this question might seem a bit dumb... I just bought a 95 Integra SE 4dr, everything on the car is great except I noticed there's a lot of moisture in the front bumper lights. I wanted to know what was the best way to remove the water and stop it from coming in? Any help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks in Advance,

Chauncey

bumper light gasket? dont think there is one. anyway, you take them out with the one screw that holds each one in. then let them dry out, and use silicone and reseal them.
