You might be able to get a little bit out of that manifold because there might be people that have the infamous GSR exhaust manifold rattle that want to keep the car stock but want to get rid of the rattle.

I don't know if it is worth your time, though. I remember that thing weighed almost as much as I do when I took it out back in the day.
