have a 95 integra, and the distributor got stolen, can I use one off a 97,
or are they different,


thanks alot for the input, integra its the special edition, the plugs from the distributor are square, not round, can I do any changes to make a different year distributor work

 

yes, as long as your trim is the same as the car your getting it off of... LS/GS/RS are all the same, GSR is diff.. and Type R is diff

 

NO you cant 95 is OBD1 and 97 is OBD2 the dizzy plugs are completly different

 

What trim is your Integra?

 

you can swap the plugs if you dont wana drop money on a new one

 

I believe its just more than swapping plugs. I believe there is a small difference in the actual wiring.

 

there is a difference just get an OBD1 dizzy, it will be alot easier and you wont have to mess with any wiring. IMO

 

the wires are the same...i have an obd1 engine/dizzy but i had to use and obd2 harness..i just swapped the plugs and soldered the wires together and it works perfect

 

i thought that a 95 was an OBD2?

 

92-95 OBD1 96 and up OBD2
