To dye the the dash, go get some vinyl dye or paint. Mask off all the areas you don't want painted and spray away! It may take a while to dry but it is easier than swapping.

b4 i bought my car i found this 94 gsr that the guy had took to Cal. He had his whole interior done in white vinal. wasnt 1 seam in anything including the dash doors hatch and custom seats. all this for about 2300. looked great but i 4 got where he had it done.
