Helio Coil on block?
Been trying for a while to get the head back on my block (took it apart to replace blown head gasket), and have been having problems with one bolt hole. I've messed with it so much (tapping, re-tapping, etc) I fear that the threads are completely blown in this one hole. 
Can I have the bolt hole in question helicoiled safely? One shop I talked to told me my only recourse is to get a new block, but there's gotta be something that can be done before I go that route...
Oh yeah, this is a B18B1 with a B18C5 head.
