I have a 90 integra w/short ram intake 4-2-1 header high flow cat 2.5 exaust to 4'' coffe can tip with 200+ miles on it and plan on rebuilding the block with a stokerkit is it worth it or will i just crack the block. Im also looking at port&polishing the head/intake manifold(or just swap out with high performance head/intake manifold) with a 65cc throtle body w/ stage 2 cams and cam gears, ecu chip . any advice? how much h/p will i gain thanxx

uhh no, it would just add more money he needs to spend and he wont b able to mod as much. a gsr motor is 3k for the entire swap tranny and all. he already has an engine y would he go out of his way to buy another when he cant mod that as much?

just make sure u reinforce the block and everything b4 u rev high.

i agree with [damnit] he already has the motor, with the right mods you can probally spank a stock GSR and it probally wont cost ove 3k

One needs something like this right?

http://www.racingworks.com/str_block_guard.htm

Edit: I guess one can go a step farther with a block girdle as well
