Like the one dude said up top, look at your cluster for the light to come on after you start the car.

BTW, in your Glove box theres this white book that says 1991 Acura Integra.

Pop the hood, look for the ABS modulator. It's mounted by the left (passenger's side) strut tower and has a bunch of hard brake lines going to it.
No modulator = No ABS.
