Default Broken Motor Mount

I changed a motor mount this weekend. A few weeks ago a shop found it was broken. They said it looks like its been like that for a long time, about a year...

Sorry for the unclear pictures in a few of them..

It took me about 45 minutes to do at the most. Easy work, the hardest part was getting two of the bolts off. Those things were on there really tight.

Its too easy to do a write up.
jack up car, support.
unbolt bolts, replace with new one.
Torque to proper lbs(33 on the two bolts holding the rubber housing and 47 on the other two bolts attatched to engine)
Clean up.

This is actually one mount snapped in half. I'm not sure what the mount is called but its on the lower passenger side. If you turn the wheels to the right and look into the passenger wheel well you can see the bolt holding the rubber to the bracket in a hole.
