if a wheel weight fell off of my rim what would that do to the car or ride.

i just noticed it 2 days ago and i was wondering , i am not using the car for now till i get my suspension put on. so i am not driving around like that.

 

As you drive that wheel without the weight will unevenly spin and force a vibration through the car and/or steeringwheel. It may also cause cupping or scalloping wear on the tire itself if its really bad.

Take it to like a tire shop and have the wheel+tire balanced.

 

yeah, you'd start noticing vibrations coming through the steering wheel, causing what Tellurium132 said as well as a little extra wear on the driveshafts and bearings.
