It explains how springs and shocks must work together.
And why you ought not to do this sort of thing half-assed.
With the Aerospeed springs, you're playing a guessing game as to spring rate. If you mount them on your OEM shocks, the shocks will blow in a matter of months.
Sell them and do the job the right way.

And spend the extra dinero for the AGX shocks. Even in street driving, the ability to vary damping firmness front to rear will make a difference in handling and grip balance.
