Default Opinions On Brake Pads

I am looking at some Hawk brake pads and was wondering if I should go with semi-metalic or ceramic. What are the pros and cons of each?

I've noticed the ceramic ones i sell at autozone, alot of customers are returning with them cracking. So don't buy our ceramic pads. Although they do dust less.

No. I couldn't tell any difference between the ceramic pads I had before and the Axxis Ultimate pads I have now.

I used Carbotech Bobcats on my WRX...awesome for street or light track. Low dust...mucho stop. Not cheap, but worth it. I'll be putting some on my LS soon (if they make 'em for it).
