It was on the website that tgansert linked to:
1994 Acura Integra Wheel Hub Assembly $117.14

If I remember correctly someone made the effort to make a list of the part numbers and prices that you would need for the 5 lug conversion it was $1000+.. Not a realistic solution unless you have money to burn..

I did the same shit on my Jetta I had to blow torch it off damaged my rim a little but it was still usable.

in other words it's a fucked situation.

You dont have to replace the hub, you can take it off and with a hammer and something pointy hard enough to resist the impact. put the hub on top of two pieces of wood at the end of each side and hit it through the back of the hub where the end of the screw ends and they will come off, this is how I replaced mine with some new ones.. I did this my self cause I messed up and the thread on the screw was all gone on three screws so I changed them..
