My butterflies are always open...that or they were taken out. I'm not really sure. That's just how it was when I bought the car. There isn't even any sort of dashpot assembly hooked up. And my vtec engages at 5600 rpm because of the ECU in there...probably doesnt do much for me, just have to wait longer to get into the powerband.
