Help on changing oil pan!!!
I screwed up my oil pan thread! I tried an oversized bolt but it still leaking. So Now I wanna change the whole pan. If anyone has instructions? I have a CHILTON book but it not so detailed. My car is 93 teg, 1.8L.
The Garage will chage me more than 400 bucks so please help me out here!

As far as I know.
Drain the oil.
Pull the pan.
Replace the oil pan gasket with a new Honda Oil Pan Gasket.
Replace with new pan, torque to spec.
Fill Oil, check for leaks.
Drain the oil.
Pull the pan.
Replace the oil pan gasket with a new Honda Oil Pan Gasket.
Replace with new pan, torque to spec.
Fill Oil, check for leaks.

there is exhaust pipe below the pan. Is it easy to take it off!

Unbolt the b-pipe from your exhaust manifold and drop the hangers...
You might just want to have a shop do it for you if you can't figure that out yourself.

I'd replace it all oem, but if you want to replace it with an OEM spec pan from a different manufacturer, go ahead.

I decided to buy the OEM parts, the thing is I havn't found any leaking from gasket, Is it necessary to replace the gasket too when I change a new pan? Also, if I should replace all the bolts and nuts?

you might as well change it since its off, i wouldn't reuse the gasket. the nuts and bolts can be reused. make sure you torque to spec though so you don't snap any of the bolts
Thanks! Oh well, The book says I might need some liquid gasket. What is that? Something like glue?
