The Greddy Evo2 is fully stainless steel and the Apexi N1 is mild steel with a stainless steel muffler. That might be another thing you might want to consider because the stainless steel will not rust and corrode as quickly as the mild steel will.
I have the Evo2 and it sounds good and is built well, so I have no complaints.
