Gauge mounting positions

Default Gauge mounting positions

Anyone have any ideas where to mount a A/F gauge in my 95 GSR?? I want it to look clean so any ideas will help with pics if you have them thanks

Autometer makes a dual gauge pod around the bezel. Looks nice. I can get you pix if you want.

Take out the cruse control button or dimmer switch and pop em' there

Only problem with cruisecontrol/dimmer spots is that you have to cut the hole bigger to fit. I don't think the stock controls will go back in after that. Looks clean though :thumbup:

yeah, I vote for the dimmer switch idea. Who uses that anyway? And if you wanted to sell the car, who wouldn't want to keep it there anyway?

One warning on autometer; I have heard countless reports of it being highly inaccurate (eg. multiple LED's going off). It's more of a "fo sh0w" type-modification (and I think it looks dang cool h: which is why I plan on getting it also ). Just a lil' warning in case you were getting it for "performance" reasons

yeah true dat on the autometer, my friend's autometer is a bit inaccurate. i know what you mean by the multiple LED's going off, i never noticed it until i really paid attention to it

although they are noticable, not to mention very cool looking. reminds me of Knight Rider for some reason....

Thats why you buy Greddy, or a wideband if you want real performance.
