Default '87 integra pos

ok ....so im new here and dont even know where to start. i bought a 1987 acura integra with 120,000 miles. from day one the car seems sluggish. i have owned 2 preludes, and a accord. none were race cars but had some pep to them...this car is a dog........ok so...... i had intermittent cooling problems with it off the bat....the dealer i bought it from replaced the head gasket, timing belt, clutch.....so i replaced the radiator, rad. cap, hoses, t-stat (3 times). cooling was better, heater blows warm but not hot. lately the car seems to be running alot worse... and heats up hot...then will cool off. just last week i replaced ...plugs wires cap rotor and had an injector purge completed.....reading on mitchell about the led light on the ecu under the pass seat for reading codes, key on, with pgm fi light on and sequence of one blink, the o2 sensor should be bad.....wella after i replaced the 02 the car seemed to run better (not purfect) for about 10 min...the pgm fi light came on again, instantly the car runs like fug and the led is flashing a code for o2 again.....well the car overheats (waterpump?) and runs like shiaaat.....(help?)........let me know what u guys think....

damn, i know the basics an a lil more, this i couldnt tell you where to start. the only reason im leaving a post in here is cuz i had an 87 and an 89 integra with the dohc b16s and for the years and the miles of those cars, they went great! so, my uneducated assumption, suttin is really wrong...

i believe that something is making it go into "safe mode" or whatever they call it....if the timing was off....say the dumb fool who replaced the timing belt was off a tooth....could this cause the ecu to run in safe mode??? and thus make the car run bad? the car is too nice to just dump the thing i really would like to get it running good because i know they are great cars and with only ~130k this thing has lots of life left.....thanks ahead of time for any input....

damn i wish someone with some real smarts would reply in here, cuz im goin out on a limb. but id say if youre concerned about the timing being off check it out. it doesnt take much to make your car run like shit if your timings off a lil. i know for a fact that some of the shops dealerships run their cars through are hacks. you should have your own trusted mechanic that you deal with right? have him double check the work that was done.
