Valve adjusting

When is it recommended to have a valve readjustment on a integra 95 ls auto with 122K on it?

How do you know when you have to do it or do you just wait for a clapping sound to creep?

when was the last time it was done? if it hasn't, the time is now.

mine has 218000 and i dont know when it was done. good ques. I heard every 10,000 or so.

if you redline often: every 12K miles or once a year
