will this help me any?
im running an ls/vtec setup in my teg,its b18a1 bottom end and the sir head,i have gsr cams and i am planning on putting them in it,will these help me any?i do not want to buy aftermarket cams, just playing around wit my teg, just trying to get a little more out of it,i have a chipped ecu and high flow fuel rail and bigger injectors already, will the gsr cams help me out any?would like some of your inputs and thoughts
You should mill your head. 10.205 and all that extra fuel too.. I would mill the head at least .030 and get aftermarket cams.
Edit:
Sorry, your compression is even worse.. My calculations were originally a little off: 9.759

Milling the head is a waste. Bigger injectors are also a waste right now. The GSR cams will make a little more power, but go back to stock injectors...you don't even have a built motor. If you were running 12:1 compression and big cams to like 10k rpm, I'd say get some bigger injectors. Be careful about spinning that stock LS block to 8k...the rod bolts probably won't last long.
