cold air stuff
i just put a cold air on my 1991 integra rs the check engine light came on do i really have to tune the ecu or add fuel upgrades or can i just reset the ecu?

Why don't you find out what the code is first before resetting it?

if theres a crankcase venting line, plug it in to the intake tube.

Just reset the ecu it should go away. If not then try finding out what the code is.

I see a lot of filter dealies on crank case vents. Can someone go into detail about these?

well that line is just to vent crankcase pressure into the intake.

Is the crankcase filter dealie usually needed with a CAI.. I know I see some CAIs without the crankcase vent inlet..
