I am thinkin of spendin the money to swap my automatic tranny in my 2001 Integra LS to a 5 speed. 1st I was wonderin everything I needed and second I was wonderin What Tranny would be best for the swap. And lastly I was wonderin if I should have it done or if I should do it myself.

if you search you'll find pleanty of threads on the parts you need, no need to replicate them here. also with the tranny, it depends on where your going with your goals since they have different gear ratios and drop you in a certain powerband you need to accommodate.
