Default Little problems or maybe big!!

Hey guys. I am having issues. My driverside mount is Fcked. The stud that goes on the block the actul bolts that screw it onto the block got loose somehow and now it stripped the threads. How can I fix this? Without having to pull it apart and send it to a machine shop? I was thinking rethread it a bigger size but can I? Do they sell tappers that big'? HELP!!!!!!!

Yeah that's what I think that's what I am going to do. Actually the top two screws one broke in ½ the other stripped and the lower one is stripped as well. Ahhh man and it messed up my rear mount, and now my driverside axel is clicking even while driving straight. Ahh man I pissed off man.

So this means you also had to make the holes on the stud bigger in order to make the wider screws fit correct?

dude, it sucks but i wouldnt stress too much about it. id talk to some of your buddies about it because tools for situations like yours arent a commonly used thing so theyll most likely be more than willing to lend it. i think they make suttin called an easy out to pull broken bolts, not positive though. what im thinking of you drill a hole into whats left of the bolt, then theres like a reverse threaded screw that actually loosens the remains of the bolt as you tighten the screw. ask around an lemme know...

Well I got some bolts to go in there with maybe 2 washers each. Seems to be holding up fine. Even after a few peelout test's and all. Thanks god only the first 3/4 of the threads where stripped. sheeewwww I hope it holds up if not then I found a shop around here that sells each tapper seprate with a handle for each one. So that makes me feel a little better as far as cost. Thanks for the help guys.
