Default My horn stopped working. Help!!!

This morning when I left for work, I felt a snap when I turned the wheel, like something got caught. Instinctively I checked my horn and it did not work. I went the whole day w/o a horn. I came home, took the airbag off and nothing looks wrong. I check for the hotwire w/a tester and it's not lit up. I check the SRS fuse and horn fuse and both are good. I cannot identify any tears or breaks in any wires and everything "seems" to be intact and snug. Any suggestions?

follow the horn wire down to where ever it connects, the snap you heard could have been it coming out of socket on the other end.
You don't need a horn anyways, they're annoying. =P

Check the wiring, it might have just come loose. If its broken time to upgrade to an airhorn

Well it was niether of those problems. The ribbon inside the SRS reel snapped. I rigged a horn with a hot wire push button switch, but now I have a dead steering wheel.

Have you checked the horn relay?

The SRS ribbon in the reel snapped, that's the power for the horn, crusie control, airbag etc. Without that intact nothing on the wheel is operable.
