I also ordered the same clutch and flywheel but found something out important about that setup. The Fidanza flywheel i beileve is made of aluminum instead of chromoly. He was telling me that the material of the clutch and the material of the flywheel dont mix good. Im thinking of selling my Fidanza flywheel that i just got in for an exedy.

 

I havent had problems why my Fidanza flywheel and ACT clutch.

 

Is your fidanza flywheel aluminum? How long have u had it in there so far? I just want to make sure if i should keep my 8lb Fidanza.

Does anyone else have an Fidanza flywheel with either good or bad comments?

 

I've had the clutch and flywheel in there for a little over 4 years now...zero problems. I have tons of friends with the same setup, no problems either.

 

How do u like your clutch? Is it an stage 2 ACT?

 

ACT doesn't rate their clutches in stages like others. They have different pressure plate and disk combinations. I went with a great street clutch, a heavy duty pressure plate and full faced organic disk. Clutch pedal is firm, but not too stiff...engagement is good, not too harsh like a pucked disk....will handle some decent power.
