wat kind of power?
i wanna go turbo... but idk if i should get the smaller turbo n receive the power at low rpms, or go bigger for the bigger power output but then have to wait for it to spool? i dont plan on taking the car too often to the track but i would like to run it n see wat i can pull. any suggestions?
um, i would go with the greddy kit that schmoo used, it should perform to ur liking. if u dont like the way it spools, u can always upgrade to a bigger turbo later. but since u have a 1997, u should go for that. see the thread of the greddy turbo on the integra forum!
i have the same greddy kit on my car and the car halls ass, i think u will be very happy with it to be honest! check out our successful turbo instal to give u an idea of the parts and what not i used.
For a street-driven car where smog legality and reliability are significant concerns, go with the GReddy Kit. Couldn't be simpler IMO.

id go big IMO. when im "racing" ill take it to 7000rpm and when i shift into the next gear it drops around 5k, if i recall correctly. so the only time youll be waiting for the turbo to spool is in first off the line. but the GSR gets into the high RPMs quickly. just watch out for spinning the tires
i was thinkin greddy... i guess thats wat ill go for... i planon getting the greddy intercooler as well as the turbo n the blow off valve... the piping i am getttin fit for my car cuz i want it painted n its cheaper that way... but for the most part greddy... thanx guys

Do you really expect to be shifting at redline on every single shift?
Do you expect to launch at every stoplight and treat the gas pedal like an on/off switch?
An oversized turbo will be a pain in everday traffic. You'll be running along at 40mph in 4th, with about 3500 on the tachometer. There is no reason to intentionally prolong turbo lag.
Make it easy on yourself.
Buy an off-the-shelf turbo kit [hint: GReddy ] and be done with it.
