i installed a cf hood this weekend, but the hood needs to be pressed down pretty hard for the front hood to latch... can i adjust the latch on the car upwards, so it'll latch in without having to be pressed down so hard? this is for a 95 integra.

 

Don't push down on your hood to latch it, that will cause stress cracks and little dents in the hood. Drop your hood from about 2-3 inches above the latch. Try that first before you adjust the latch. But if that still doesn't work, just loosen the bolts for the latch, and move the latch up a little bit at a time, don't do one big move.


And trust me on dropping the hood, I have a CF hood on my '00 LS
