i dont got a b&m and i was thinking about getting one of those, are they not good? i took it to speedee so they can take a look at it only and tell me wats wrong with it, so i looked and the shifter was resting on the pipe, so thats why its been kinda hard to get into gear lately, but it wasn't always like that, somehow the shifter moved down a bit and is now sitting on the exhaust pipe. it needs some kind of spacer to hold it up, anyone know a good place who deels with that or somewhere i can get a spacer to fit the shifter?

Well, the B&M shifter have a tendency to rattle.
If the shifter has begun to slip down and rest on the exhaust, new shifter bushings would help.
But, if you are confident that the shifter was not installed correctly, contact the manufacturer and see what they have to say about this. They may have an easier, cheaper solution.
If the manufacturer supplied shims or replacement bushings and they were not installed along with the shifter, get the missing parts and try to correct the installation error.
