No, my gas eater is not a Corvette, as much as I want one lol. It's been a project of mine for 2 years, a 1967 Firebird. The 400 (6.6) was removed over a year ago in favor for a 455 (7.5), and topped off with a set of Aluminum Edelbrock Heads, Torker II intake manifold, 800cfm Holley racing carburator, 140 gph fuel pump, mechanical roller camshaft set up with lifters, adjustable roller rocker arms, upgraded vave springs, intale / ehxuast valves, lockers and retainers, Hooker super compition headers, dual 3 inch exhaust with no mufflers, 4 speed transmission, positraction rear with 3.90 gear ratio, the list goes on, on a good day, the car will run High 10's on slicks, interior is gutted, capible of running mid to low 12's on street tires. Engine not even fully built.

But I seem to have more fun in the GSR? lol And it's black, looks like it was painted white to begin with.

Thanks man. I want something that I can drive daily, reliable, good on gas, and still be fairly quick to beat alot of the cars out on the road and track.

My N/a set-up which was really good on gas, and gave me a nice kick in power was as follows comptech ice box, comptech header, skunk2 intake, skunk2 stage 1 cams, hondata gasket, aem 5 bolt cam gears, apexi n1 exhuast, apexi VAFC 2( piggy back computer)and maybe be missing something, but the car was quick!, and best of all almost everything minus the cam gears and teh VAFC was street legal. ( I have the cams, the ice box{cold air intake}, and the header still.
