Default Type R Suspension

Need a good opinion here about the R's suspension. I'm not planning on driving my car out on the track anytime soon in the near future, or perhaps on a daily basis for quite sometime. And was wondering if it is even necessary to replace the stock suspension for just normal street driving. I really want to lower it about 1.5 inches, because I think it will look & handle better, does anyone agrees with me, or have any reccomendations on lowering springs. Every car I have ever had in the past has not handeled anywhere near this good and I have always ended up buying a full setup for car in the past. I figured I would ask since their is most likely people on this board with more experience working with this car's suspension than me.Thanks

Stock is more then most people need on the street, for handling. And as for looks, Well lowering it is in the eye of the beholder.
IMHO, leave it alone, dropping the ride hight could only spell trouble.

Default Stock Suspension

I think 2 inches is too much, my friend has an R dropped 2inches and I don't understand how he drives that around on the street with out busting it up all the time (he most likely does). The Track is one acceptable but the street is a whole new arena, the roads here in San Diego & North County are pretty screwed up in some places.
Never theless thanks for your opinion's they are greatly appreciated

just drop it 2 inches it will take the springs some time to even settle near 2 inches anyways, after that drive around potholes
