Default Tein S.Tech vs. H.Tech

After searching through forums and reading information I finally decided that I wanted to get some Tein springs. But I still can't figure out the difference between S.Techs or H.Techs. Which ones have the more stiff spring rate? I want more stiffness and better handling than the soft smooth ones. Can anyone help me out?

None of the Teins are stiff. If you want stiff, get Eibach or H&R.
