lowering in NY

I just got a 95 integra and i want to lower it a couple inches. does anyone know how low i can legally drop my car in NY? please help...

just make sure it is above the required limit. in CT it's 4" i believe

i use to live in Ny, and i never had any issues and my car was lowered however i wouldn't drop the car too low cause ny roads sucks, most i would drop is an 1" to 1.25" anything else u won't have a front end and will have bent rims

thanks for the advice. but i mean...i heard in like CA ur headlights have to be 18' above the ground. is there anything like that in NY?

bro i never got pulled over for that type of shit in NY, if anything cops are more anal in cali then in NY about that stuff, were in Ny are u at anywayz
