Speedometer stop running!!!

I did a GSR swap, and the speedometer stop running. When I'm accelerating, the speedometer barely moves.

What could be the problem? Wire disengages? Bad cluster?

Any help would be appreciated.

The needle in the temp. gauge skips back and forth between middle and the "H" letter. What could this be?

Bad cluster? Bad connectors?

Note* Temp. gauge in the cluster
