cross drilling is not good to do because it weakens the rotor you will end up with stress cracks and will warp quikly. sloted and dimpled is the best to do for maximum heat desapation without weakening the rotor.

I put a wilwood big brake kit on my teg. And love it! I also put powerslots and ebc greens on the rear. It works with the abs. simple install an hour or so per front wheel and hour for both backs doing my self. I'll post a pic as soon as I figure out how.
