Default Adjustabel fuel pressure regulator

What is a good fuel pressure regulator. I found out that mine stop functioning the way it should. The fuel pressure goes down instead of up at WOT which hurts power greatly. I am currently using the AEM one from a friend temporarily. It works just great but it cost around $140. I have seen a few others like COSMO which runs at around $100. I am selling my car so I don't want to spend anymore money on it than I have to. Anyone know what the difference between these different ones and do they work the same? What are you guys using now adays and how much do they cost? Let me know cause I gotta pick one up real soon.

Why not just pick up an OEM one? An adjustable one will be pretty expensive and useless.

See if you can find any on ebay or at local parts yards.
