Default Destroy ABS?

does anyone know if there's a way to get rid of the ABS on a GSR and keep the light from coming on? cuz I hate ABS, and would like nothing more than to rip it out and not have to worry about it and the excess weight! also is it legal? i'm pretty sure it's legal, but better to ask the opinion of others than assume!

its not illegal to not have abs...many manufactors still have abs as an option when purchasing...as for removing it from a vehicle i find it kinda of a silly idea if its still going to be a street machine...theres alot that ties together between the abs and your car. might as well leave it in although i agree that abs is worthless...nothing scares me more in winter when i hit the brakes and the brakes start chattering

well i've had two wrecks in my previous vehicle b/c of ABS so it's going to go! it's just a matter of when I find the solution to doing it correctly and deleting all ties to the car itself!
