header torque spec?

What is the torque spec for the header bolts on a 94+ integra. Also what is the sequence?

I searched but couldn't find anything.

23ft-lbs and start at the center and tighten the nuts in a criss-cross pattern... that's what the haynes manual says, but everyone knows they're not always correct!
